His customer service is unlike any other, he is always exhausting options in order to save me money wherever he can. Any time that I have ever had an accident or problem I immediately call him and he is not only efficient, but takes care of everything immediately which is appreciated especially in times of high stress. I cannot stress how good of service I have received from Enrique and cannot recommend him enough.

Left, came back, leaving permanently. They offered me $200/month insurance. I signed the contract, and NOBODY called me to tell me they gave me a discount that i wasnt applicable for. So i found out on my own when i opened my app and suddenly my monthly was $266. & they made a huge mistake giving me the discount and would not honor their mess up, i was told best they can do is $230. I was informed the mistake was simply human error, im going back to progressive who was able to give me a rate of $160! I am beyond disappointed.

The receptionist Fatima help me out a lot and was very nice.
